We initially offered the service of a free 15 minute consultation, however soon found people were occupying our time with questions, but offering no chargeable business or prospect thereof. We found competitors were taking advantage of our goodwill. Folks were bypassing the contact form leaving us with no record of the interaction. This all made it unsustainable, so we have curtailed that offer. The phone number has now been removed from Google Ads.

From this point forward, consultations may be requested (via the contact form), but will need to be prepaid (an invoice will be sent with payment details). The minimum charge is 1 hour. Upon request, an invoice will be issued, with the possibility of payment via paypal or bank account transfer. Upon payment, arrangements will be made for the consultation at a mutually agreeable time and place.
