Our Commitment to Quality with Prusa 3D Printers
In the dynamic realm of 3D printing, our primary focus is on efficiently and effectively meeting our customers' diverse needs. To achieve this, we have chosen to place our trust in the Prusa Research range of 3D printers. While there are alternatives on the market, Prusa's well-established reputation for reliability, upgradability, excellent user support, and the delivery of high-quality prints positions them as our top choice.
One remarkable aspect of Prusa printers is their widespread popularity, which, admittedly, can lead to longer order waiting times. However, this high demand speaks to the trust and confidence customers place in Prusa's products. Prusa's Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology aligns perfectly with our requirements for producing clean and exceptional quality prints.
To ensure we can cater to the diverse needs of our customers, we've made significant investments in multiple Prusa printers:
We have a growing number of Prusa Mk4 MK4S ** printers each providing a print volume of 250x210x220 mm. These printers have direct drive all-metal extruders. The extruder plus enclosures allow top quality materials to be used. These printers operate faster than older models, but with higher quality output. Just right to bring your 3D printing idea to life, and produce good looking, robust products.
** We’ve recently chosen to upgrade the MK4 printers to MK4S version. The new version adds improved parts cooling, high flow nozzles, and improved accuracy while achieving further speed improvement. It should be possible to rely less upon supports on models with overhangs, which will improve print quality.
Overall these improvement ultimately lead to better quality and lower costs (less print time) for our customers. We are working towards realising these improvements for our customers.
Speed Isn’t everything. Often enough, if print speed is fast, quality may degrade. We pick the right speed to produce a model as fast as practical, with excellent quality. The recent upgrade makes this less of a compromise: You can have both quality AND speed on the new version.
Note that Multi Material takes longer than regular single material printing and uses extra material, so there is an added cost, but if you need it, the option is available to you, helping to bring your vision to reality.
